1. You will receive an email from MyOfficePro@myisolved.com (Becky Harrell, Burrell Family McDonald’s Payroll Manager) that your account has been activated.
2. Your Username will be your email address – also provided in the email.
3. Click on the link in the email to complete your registration.
4. The link does expire after a few days. Should this occur, contact Becky Harrell (270) 706-3778 to resend the e-mail or with any questions.
5. Authorization Code/Pin (This will be the last 4 digits of your SSN)
6. Setup Account Password – Minimum of 12 Characters (at least one lower case alpha [AZ], one numeric [0-9], and one special character. Spaces are allowed to support the use of easier to remember pass phrases.
7. Select Challenge Question
8. Enter Challenge Answer
9. Enter Mobile Phone Number
10. Click Continue
1. Key in your username (this is your self-service email address)
2. Click on the Next icon after entering your username
3. Key in your password
4. Click on the Next icon which will log you into Adaptive Employee Experience
