New Supplemental Benefits
We’re excited to share an update to our benefits offerings that gives our team more flexibility and support.
Any employee who has been employed for 90 days (3 months) will be eligible to enroll in supplemental benefits, including:
- Dental Insurance
- Vision Insurance
- Short-Term Disability
- Long-Term Disability
- Life Insurance
These benefits are optional and designed to help you protect your health, income, and family beyond basic coverage.
How it Works
Who Can Enroll and When
Employees hired on or before October 1, 2025 may enroll during the January 2026 enrollment period.
Employees hired after October 1, 2025 may enroll the month after they reach 90 days of employment.
If you miss your initial enrollment window, the next opportunity to enroll will be during open enrollment in November/December 2026.
How You’ll Be Notified
Eligible employees will receive enrollment information during their eligible month or during open enrollment.
Important details and instructions will be shared directly and posted in your restaurant.
