College Bonus Program
Through our College Bonus Program, Burrell Family McDonald’s rewards students with cash bonuses for earning good grades — because hard work in the classroom deserves recognition, just like hard work in our restaurants.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled at a College or University
- Your hire date is prior to, or within 30 days of the date the semester began
- You work an average of fifteen (15) hours per week during the semester
- Bonus is based on the number of hours that are applied towards you GPA and your GPA for the semester, you are eligible to receive the following:
GPA is 2.5 to 2.999 : $250 per Spring and Fall Semester*
GPA is 3.0 to 3.499 : $300 per Spring and Fall Semester*
GPA is 3.5 to 4.0 : $350 per Spring and Fall Semester*
*3 hours you receive 25%
*6 hours you receive 50%
*9 hours you receive 75%
*12+ hours you receive the full amount
Should you attend a college or university on quarters, you will receive half of this benefit based on GPA per quarter.
Submit Your Transcript
- You must submit your transcript to the Office within sixty days of the last class to receive this benefit.
- Transcript must have students name present
- Transcript must have schools name or logo present
- Transcript must list current term GPA
- GPA entered must match Term GPA on Transcript
