Full-Time Management

Full-Time Restaurant Management is eligible for up to $3,000 in Tuition Assistance each calendar year if:

  • You work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • You have been actively employed for 3 months

Crew and Part-Time Management

Restaurant Crew and Part-Time Management is eligible for up to $2,500 in Tuition Assistance each calendar year if:

  • You have 3 months of active employment with McDonald’s
  • You work an average of 15 hours per week

How to Apply

  1. Go to www.archwaystoopportunity.com
  2.  Select the box “I am a McDonald’s Employee or Employee of an Owner/Operator”
  3. Select the section “Affordable paths to college” in the black ribbon at the top of the page
  4. Select the green section “How can I get money from McDonald’s to help pay for college courses”
  5. Click on the yellow “click here for more information”
  6. Click on the gray section “How do I request Tuition Assistance” and follow the specific instructions
  7. For new users create a new Bright Horizons account
  8. For returning users log into your Bright Horizons account

Important! You will need an itemized tuition bill and list of current course(s) information to complete your application.
