High School Bonus Program
Through our High School Bonus Program, Burrell Family McDonald’s rewards students with cash bonuses for earning good grades — because hard work in the classroom deserves recognition, just like hard work in our restaurants.
High school students can earn up to $150 per school year for good grades.
$75 per semester OR $50 per trimester
Rewards are paid at the end of each grading period (semester/trimester).
The reward is divided among your classes, with payment for each class where you earn an 85% or higher.
Payments are added to your regular paycheck as taxable income.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must work a minimum average of 15 hours per week (15 years old 10 hours per week)
- Must be employed the entire semester or trimester.
- Must have grades that are an 85% or greater per class
- Employees must actively be employed at the time of payment to receive this benefit.
Submit Your Report Card
- You must submit your Report Card to the Office within sixty days of the last class to receive this benefit.
- Report Card must have students name present
- Report Card must have schools name or logo present
