High school students have an opportunity to earn up to $150.00 per school year ($75.00/semester or $50.00/trimester).
The High School Academic Rewards Benefit is paid at the end of the semester/ trimester and will be paid based on the semester/trimester grades. The semester or trimester amount will be divided by the number of classes to determine the amount paid per class/grade that is an 85% or greater.
To be eligible:
High School students must be 15 years of age
Must work a minimum average of 15 hours per week
Must earn grades that are an 85% or greater (per class)
Must be employed the entire semester/trimester
Employees must be actively employed at the time of payment to receive this benefit. Benefits paid from the High School Academic Rewards program will be included with regular payroll distribution and is taxable income.
Submit Your Report Card
You must submit your report card to the Office within sixty days of the last class to receive this benefit.
Must be a report card, not a progress note
Must have students name present
Must list current semester/ trimester grades
